If You are Local:
- Purchase your firearm in our online store.
- If you are a FL CWP holder, let us know in the customer comments. Our Internet Sales Representative will contact you regarding your preferred pick-up store location.
- If you are not a FL CWP holder, you will be subject to the mandatory 3-day waiting period (applicable only to pistols, revolvers, derringers, and pistol-grip shotguns). Our Internet Sales Representative will contact you regarding your pick-up date and preferred store location.
- When you are in-store to pick up your firearm, be prepared to fill out the appropriate paperwork and to pay and wait for the background check to be completed.The background check is not related to any waiting period. All firearm purchasers must pass a background check, CWP holder or not.
If You are Not Local/ Out-of-State
- Purchase your firearm in our online store.
- Please specify an FFL in the customer comments. If you do not know of an FFL in your area, Gunbroker.com has a great FFL Finder.
We will need the following FFL information:
- FFL Name
- FFL Address
- FFL Phone or fax number
3. All paperwork and background checks are the responsibility of the receiving FFL.
